Bryant received his real estate license in 2003 after his freshman year of college. He completed an internship with a local real estate firm that summer and quickly realized that he wanted to pursue a career in commercial real estate.
He joined Gunstream Commercial Real Estate (Coldwell Banker Commercial GUNSTREAM & Associates) in 2005 as a research specialist, taking on the responsibility of creating and maintaining the company’s proprietary database of Canyon County commercial real estate. By early 2006, Bryant’s knowledge and ability expanded his role into sales and leasing. Today, he works extensively with clients involving all property types in the areas of property leasing, buying, selling and development. In addition to his sales and leasing activity, he continues to assist the company in maintaining the company’s database.
Bryant was born and raised in Boise Idaho where he graduated from Bishop Kelly High School in 2002. During his high school years, Bryant established himself as one of the top amateur tennis players in the state, something that he continues to pursue today. He went on to attend Gonzaga University, but transferred to Northwest Nazarene University where he graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Marketing. Bryant lives in Nampa with his wife Katie.
