Construction Management
Construction Management Services provides tenant improvement construction and building renovation services to our Property Management clients. As a licensed general contractor in the State of Idaho, Gunstream Development Corporation works primarily with the owners of those projects that we manage in an effort to successfully complete the required tenant improvements on-time, within budget and with the highest level of quality.
Our Construction Management provides the project with the most efficient and economic building program available because it is "fee based", which simply means that the Owner pays only for the actual cost of construction plus a fixed construction management fee. Because we are responsible for scheduling the various steps involved in the construction process, we are able to coordinate all construction activities in such a way that it minimizes disruption for existing tenants and satisfies the requirements of the new tenant.
