Kim started with Gunstream Commercial Real Estate in 2001. Her position and responsibilities have continuously been expanded in response to her growing knowledge of the industry, her high energy and work ethic and in direct response to the growth of the company. Kim currently fills the position as Office Manager. In this roll she is responsible for overseeing all day to day office activities including personnel, payroll, A/R and A/P, and IT. Immediately prior to joining Gunstream, Kim worked in the billing department for a nationwide mobile phone company in Boise.
Although Kim was not born in Idaho, she has lived here the majority of my life. She was raised on a farm south of Nampa and was very active in 4-H and FFA. She graduated from Nampa High School in 1987 and has worked in the Boise-Nampa metropolitan area her entire business career.
Kim is a very active mother of three spending time personally in various team sports and with her husband Joey on his Harley.
