Lincoln initially worked as an Intern with Gunstream Commercial Real Estate (Coldwell Banker Commercial GUNSTREAM & Associates) in 2005 while he was a senior at Northwest Nazarene University. During his internship, he received his real estate license and developed a passion to pursue a career in commercial real estate.
His success as an intern and his enthusiasm for the business resulted in Lincoln formally joining the company later that year. He was initially a research specialist, taking on the responsibility of creating and maintaining the company’s proprietary database of Canyon County commercial real estate. His role was soon expanded to include sales and leasing responsibilities. Today, with his extensive market knowledge, high energy, and strong character, Lincoln spends the majority of his time assisting clients and business with their needs involving all property types. In addition to his sales and leasing work, he continues to assist the company in maintaining the company’s database.
Born and raised in Nampa Idaho, Lincoln graduated from Skyview High School in 2002. He went on to graduate from Northwest Nazarene University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Communication. During his high school and college career, Lincoln established himself as a stand out track and field athlete, something that he remains involved in today as a Cross Country and Track coach at Nampa’s Columbia High School.
