Mike has been a member of Gunstream Commercial Real Estate (Coldwell Banker Commercial GUNSTREAM & Associates) since 2007. As the manager of construction and property management, Mike is responsible for overseeing all tenant improvements and new construction, project maintenance and repair and the management of all field personnel, vendor relations, and fleet maintenance.
Mike was born and raised in Chicago Illinois where he graduated from high school in 1981. He joined the U.S. Army in 1982, working in supply systems, motor pool and with power generation equipment in the United States and Germany until 1990. Upon leaving the military, Mike started his business career in Idaho, working with Kenworth as the director of maintenance. In 1995 he started his own company, specializing in door and window replacement and general construction. Mike successfully operated his business until he joined the Masonry Center in Boise in 2005 as an estimator and project manager.
Mike and his wife Lisa live in Emmett Idaho, where they have raised their three sons.
