Paul is a native Idahoan, growing up in the Bear Lake area and graduating from Bear Lake High School. He attended the University of Idaho before moving to Denver Colorado where he worked and raised his family for more than twenty-one years. Paul worked with the McDonalds Corporation for the majority of his years in Colorado, but with a desire to be closer to family, he returned to Idaho and the Nampa area in 1999.
Paul has been involved in real estate since his return to Idaho, purchasing and leasing property for his own business interests and personal investments. He formally entered the real estate business in 2006 and joined Gunstream Commercial Real Estate (Coldwell Banker Commercial GUNSTREAM & Associates) in that same year. With his broad business and restaurant experience, Paul has a unique ability to effectively work with a variety of people and businesses needs.
Over the past several years, Paul and his wife Diane have purchased several fast food franchises, a business that they continue to own and operate today. They have seven children and are active members of the LDS Church.
