The goal of our property management team is to provide a fully integrated "turnkey" management system. Through our maintenance staff and a select list of subcontractors, we have the flexibility to respond to almost any type of maintenance need. These resources enable us to operate buildings at the lowest cost possible, while at the same time reducing response times and maintaining a high-quality service.
In addition to the cost reductions achieved by our on-site maintenance personnel, our managed properties also benefit from our buying power and relationships with a broad range of suppliers. All major service contracts are evaluated on an annual basis in an effort to guarantee the highest quality services for the most competitive price.
A valuable aspect of our Property Management Services is our after-hours PM Line that allows tenants or local fire and police officials to report any maintenance request or property concern 24 hours a day 7 days a week. After-hours calls are routed to our answering service that has direct access to our after-hours on-call Maintenance Technicians. Tenants also have the option to report and track maintenance requests via our Internet maintenance tracking system at PM@cbcgunstream.com.
