From the very beginning, Coldwell Banker Commercial GUNSTREAM & Associates has considered market knowledge essential in its efforts to effectively serve clients and the various communities within the metropolitan area. Starting in 2000, the company created a proprietary database of all commercial buildings in Canyon County, an area that anchors the west end of the Boise-Nampa Metropolitan Statistical Area and clearly the most underserved in commercial real estate development. This database has been maintained and updated continuously and through the assistance of its research staff, Coldwell Banker Commercial GUNSTREAM & Associates releases its Annual Report on Canyon County Commercial Real Estate in December of each year.
As a result of its affiliation with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2008, CBC GUNSTREAM & Associates will capitalize on the additional resources of Coldwell Banker Commercial’s worldwide network to ultimately provide the entire metropolitan area with accurate and up to date statistics on the condition of the commercial real estate market.
