Tonya started with Gunstream Commercial Real Estate (Coldwell Banker Commercial GUNSTREAM & Associates) in January 2006. In addition to her role in providing direct assistance to the company President, her current responsibilities include managing all property sale transactions, new client files, and Broker files. In this capacity she works closely with all sales and leasing staff to coordinate and manage the activities with all title companies, local and county government, and financial institutions.
Prior to joining the company, Tonya spent several years in the banking industry working with new accounts, consumer credit and investments. In 1998 she was brought into local government to serve as the assistant to the Mayor of the City of Nampa, a position she held until 2002. Upon leaving local government, Tonya began her career in real estate, working in title and escrow with Pioneer Title and later Transnation Title & Escrow.
Tonya is a native Idahoan, being raised in rural Homedale, Idaho. She graduated from Homedale High School and received her Bachelors Degree from Boise State University in 1994. She also received her Idaho real estate license in 2008. Tonya returned to Homedale several years ago to be close to her extended family and to raise her daughter, Taylor.
